Jr. Confirmation
Beginning in 7th grade, students participate in confirmation instruction at Messiah using the Here We Stand curriculum published by Augsburg Fortress. Their studies focus on the Old Testament (first half of year) and the New Testament (second half of year). They are taught by 2 instructors on Sunday mornings from 10:45 -11:30 AM in classroom 204.

Sr. Confirmation
8th Graders are taught by a Pastor and meet on Sunday mornings in the choir room from 11:00-12:00 AM. Their focus is mainly on Luther's Small Catechism with the Bible and The Lutheran Handbook as supplemental texts. 8th graders are confirmed on Reformation Sunday. (Last Sunday in October)
