Messiah's Little Library, located in the playground to the west side of Messiah, is part of the Little Free Library network of sharing books. It serves members of Messiah and the surrounding neighborhood. It enables those who are unable to go to the public library or those who don't have a library card to choose a book to read. No card is needed for the Little Library. The philosophy is read a book, share a book. You can take a book and return the book or keep the book and pass it on to another. Or just keep it for yourself if it is a special read!

The books in the Little Library have all been donated. There are books for all ages: adult and children. The Little Library has become popular in the neighborhood. Books and magazines have been traded and left for others to enjoy. Book donations can be left in the collection box in the Church Office. We especially need children's books now that school has started. Both adults and children often find a book they want to call their own. This is our goal to help build a love of reading.
