The logo of the Women of the ELCA is represented by water, cross, and water lily. This logo identifies the women as children of God, baptized, forgiven, and adopted into God's family. It is a reminder of the growth, beauty, and vitality that rises out of the life-giving baptismal water. It also is a reminder of the mission of the church to:

"go out and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." - Matthew 28:19

The three-part mission of the Women of the ELCA is: community, growth, and action. These three mission areas unite the women together to mobilize them to act boldly on their faith in Jesus Christ.
